Shipping Information

We aim to turnaround your order within 7 days for items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and will arrange a suitable delivery time.

Orders are dispatched at customers’ own cost. This is calculated based on the weight of your order, however sometimes the calculation may be under or over-estimated as international postage rates can vary. We will contact you in the unlikely event that an error has been made with the postage fee.

If you would like to query the postage, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Insurance is not included as part of the delivery cost unless specifically requested by you and some delicate items e.g. helmets may not be covered by courier companies. Fragile items will be clearly labelled as such.

Special delivery arrangements can be made for timed deliveries, but these will incur a surcharge. We’ll confirm with you first before sending if you let us know of any specific requirements in the notes section of your order.

Race suit dispatch times are longer as each item is made to order. This can take around 6-8 weeks from approval of artwork. Please see the information on race suits for more information. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to reduce delivery times with agreement from the manufacturer and yourself.

Delivery Within the UK

Parcels under 2 kilos are sent by recorded post generally from the Post Office, while items above 2 kilos are sent by courier. We work on a maximum 7 day dispatch for items in stock and we use firms that generally deliver the next business day.

For orders above 30 kilos we will request quotes from courier companies as prices may vary. We will liaise with you to confirm pricing and delivery options.

Delivery Outside the UK

For EU and international parcels, customs duties may need to be paid. We do not cover customs charges and we cannot predict what these will be. Parcels are sent by courier using the road service if within Europe or by air for overseas shipments. We work on a maximum 7 day dispatch for items that are in stock, however courier delivery times may vary.
